This document establishes the rules governing the relationship between the store www.biosyn.ro and its owner, on one hand, and the visitor/user/client, on the other hand. It represents the agreement between the parties regarding the use of the website, the facilities provided, and the sale of products.

  • The parties are independent contractors. Neither party has the authority to create obligations for the other.

  • New Client: Requires telephone validation for the first purchase.

  • Confirmed Order: An order validated via telephone or email by the store operator.

  • Distance Contract: The agreement between the seller and the buyer, finalized upon signing the fiscal invoice.

  • Intellectual Property: All content (texts, logos, images, code) belongs to BIOSYN CARWASH & EV SRL.

3. Seller’s Obligations

  • Delivery of exactly the products ordered.

  • Contacting the buyer to ensure order accuracy.

  • Providing warranty for apparent or hidden defects according to the law.

  • Offering free professional information regarding products and services.

4. Client’s Obligations

  • Using the site without engaging in abusive behavior.

  • Providing real and accurate identification data.

  • Ensuring the chosen product is appropriate for their needs.

  • Maintaining the product in its original condition until full payment is made.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Delivery

  • Prices: Displayed prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude shipping unless specified.

  • Payment: Can be made in advance (bank transfer/card) or upon delivery.

  • Delivery: Conducted via third-party couriers. Shipping costs are calculated by weight.

  • Ownership: The seller remains the owner of the goods until the total price is paid.

6. Liability and Disputes

  • The store is not liable for technical errors, stock inaccuracies, or manufacturer-initiated design changes.

  • Use of the site is at the user’s own risk.

  • Any dispute will be governed by Romanian Law and settled by the competent courts in Prahova, Romania.
